2. Minutes of last meeting and progress.
3. Finance – Grizzly CO-op Grant for June…. Bal £146.21
4. Conference update.
5. (a) Plans for Banner – ideas, volunteers, materials.
6. (b) Local food/production directory – inc energy badge holders – inc framers markets
7. (c) Plans for Garden Fair 10 May. Volunteers for day, volunteers to work on game (flowerpot questions – prize seeds lettuce or sunflower etc).
8. Plan Wednesday event – press release, helpers on the night, raffle prizes. We provide info, Kate to write??
9. Questionnaire delivery – helpers? Deliver in person with flyers and chat! (letter if not in?)
10. Fill in forms for next time. Also think of your vision of what a positive outcome of transition would look like for Seaton. Share next time.
11. Plan film showing – show twice – pos more? Encourage during day? 14 May so before next meeting! Need PLAN or another gathering to sort?
12. Shops/business – awareness of savings re low energy light bulbs etc – award for changing… volunteers to assist?
